Can you do AcroYoga? Yes you can!
AcroYoga is a fusion of yoga, acrobatics and dance. It is a partner and group practice that aids in building trust, strength, flexibility and self-confidence. An added bonus of Acro is the supportive and playful community that emerges as students push their limits together as a group, and discover they have the strength to do things they never thought possible.
In this class we will encourage you to base, fly and spot. It is amazing how practicing all roles can give you a deeper knowledge of AcroYoga as a whole. We will build and refine so it can be made easy or more challenging depending on how spicy you like it!
The most common question about AcroYoga is
"do I need a partner to come to class with?"
And the answer is no, absolutely not! Come alone or with others, no matter what you'll leave with new friends.

A bit about Alex & Mil
Reunited after teaching together at Squamish Rampage over the summer Alex and Millissa are excited to co-teach this workshop. Millissa trained with AcroYoga Montreal and Acroyoga.Org. and Alex trained with Vancity Acro. They are both Acroyoga teachers in the Vancouver area and are dedicated to bringing creativity to the exciting practice of AcroYoga.
