*please note, pre-registration is required

Join us for an afternoon of nourishment & receiving for the invaluable workers in our community. We believe that supporting our helpers creates a ripple effect to the DTES community where we are grateful to teach and practice yoga. Join us for restorative yoga, breath work and wellness that can be taken with you off the mat (& take-homes from our sponsors!)

This event is created for front line workers experiencing burn-out or looking to prevent burnout (mental health workers, counsellors, youth workers, outreach workers, etc.).

*All abilities welcome (no yoga experience required!)
