This class will be a combination of strong flowing work and targeted preparation moving towards some of the more complex, challenging and lesser practiced poses and shapes. With time to invest in our unfolding, the physical work will be supported by the added elements of mantra, pranayama and partner work.
Students should have no major injuries.
Students should be able to kick up to the wall unassisted to handstand.
Students should have straight arms in Urdhva Dhanurasana (upward facing bow pose/full wheel)
