Class Levels
Mixed Levels
Mixed levels classes are open to all students. Several options and modifications are given throughout the class to make it accessible to new practitioners, but also to challenge those more experienced in their practice. Some experience is recommended but is not required.
Foundations (F)
Appropriate for beginners and those looking to cultivate a strong foundation of principles to build upon in their practice. These classes will breakdown postures and breathing techniques and invite students to connect their breath with movement.
Intermediate (I)
Intermediate classes often include inversions, backbends, and intermediate balancing postures. Students are expected to have a solid foundation of how to approach poses and have the ability to connect their breath with movement.
All classes are Mixed Levels unless otherwise noted by (F) Foundations or (I) Intermediate.
