This workshop will focus on the balance of strength and mobility in the hips, legs, torso, shoulders, and wrists that can provide greater accessibility into back bending, allowing you to go deeper into opening the space of the heart - where the real magic happens.

We will find ways to move deeper, and explore what depth means, as we move into some of the more common backbends in yoga.

Some experience in Vinyasa yoga is recommended, however there will be variations offered for every level.
