Through focused practice and patience, you will develop greater body awareness, learn to modify and discover tools and variations so that you can incorporate arm balances and inversions into your practice safely and seamlessly. Challenge your boundaries, refine your alignment, and dissolve the barriers of what you think you are capable of.
Saturday will focus on arm balances, while Sunday will focus on inversions and backbends.
